Returns & Exchanges

At Vat19, we want you to be obsessed with your new look, but if your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number for your records.
